Nice, I use twitter for growing my healthcare service organization which transitions primary care docs into cloud based cash house call practices, learning about social media and as an information broadcast platform for my pediatric patients, as well as all the other pediatric patients ( in the world ) that I'm not caring for. That is pretty powerful, and the implication for medical practice is massive.
