I have to applaud Cleveland Clinic for taking a brave leap forward and trying to be role model for others. I'd like to see more medical groups and associations follow in the foot steps of the Cleveland Clinic before they either run the other way or criticize what they don't really understand.

Indeed. I'm regularly pointing hospitals to Mayo Clinic as well. Lee Aase has done a wonderful job running SM there ... and on a budget!
